Payment Options

Here at our facility, we perform many elective procedures that are typically not covered by dental insurance or other reimbursement programs. Other dental procedures may have limited coverage, but the nature of rehabilitative treatment may preclude "spreading out the treatment." Please read our position statement called "About Your Insurance." We perform a thorough examination, render a treatment plan and present that treatment plan with the fee for service and help our guest arrive at a suitable financial plan prior to scheduling any treatment. We require full payment for all services as they are rendered. We will file any applicable insurance claims for reimbursement directly to the patient. We cooperate with a financial program that offers a 6 month interest free line of credit which requires approval. We also accept MasterCard, Visa and Discover.
